Our consciences have been shaped by a version of Christianity that reflects a blend of the temple model and the Jesus movement.

Letting Go Is Hard to Do

Letting go of the past ideas is hard to do. But, Paul believed that mixing and matching was a bad idea. It’s all or nothing.

Jesus brings an end to the temple model of religion. Religion built on: sacred places, sacred texts, and sacred people who serve as the gate keepers.
